Why Nutriculture water-soluble fertilizer works best!
Plant Marvel Nutriculture water-soluble fertiliser is applied as a liquid, allowing it to be immediately absorbed. Fertilisers that are applied dry onto the soil surface must first dissolve before they can go to work. If water is not applied, the un-weathered dry fertiliser remains inactive. Tests show that 40% of the nutrients supplied by Nutriculture are absorbed through roots and foliage immediately....and safely and because of this Nutriculture won't burn the turf.
Nutriculture is applied in water and since all fertilisers require water before their nutrients become available
to the turf, the two step process of dry application and the watering-in are combined.
Nutriculture does not depend on the action of micro organisms. Immobilisation, leaching, volatilisation and denitrification, that can cause loss of nitrogen, reducing the effectiveness of a dry fertiliser to less than 50% of a fertiliser applied as a liquid, is virtually eliminated, allowing more than 95% of the total nutrient feed to be absorbed by the turf over a safe period of 5 to 10 days.

Nutriculture is environmentally friendly. Many fertilisers that are applied dry are influenced by unpredictable weather conditions which may cause leaching and run-off. Spoon-feeding is by far the most environmentally safe method of fertiliser application because it is precise and controlled by the applicator. By applying smaller amounts of the turf's nutritional requirements but in more frequent applications, the turf has a chance to utilize what has been applied, instead of allowing it to wash away into the environment.
